I HATE EUROS I HATE THE METRIC SYSTEM
the fucking europeons are at it again with their stupid little m*tric system and us Americhads have to suffer for it. Americhads and Americhad hardware used to be great but ever since the Japanese and Yuroshits flooded the American automotive market with their homosex m*tric cars and now I need 2 sets of tools: my AMERICHAD SAE (ironic, since SAE is the SOCIETY of AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERS) and the CRINGE euroshit m*tric wrenches. all hardware should be in US units and it's not because ive rounded over one too many SAE bolts using a metric wrench. the metric threads are so homosex it's vile i hate e*roshit threads. also the cring metric system made the USA gigachads lose a fucking space probe because the units were in N-s instead of lb-s and that's cringe. the metricoids shout but no base ten SAE units cring but the BASED Americhads have an INTUITIVE base 10 measurement that is useful for IMPORTANT things. its called a thou' (mil officially but that's cringe because metric machinists call millimeters mils) and it is the AMERICAN rebuttal to the m*llimeter which might i remind you is extremely cringe. thou works well and it's intuitive. 1000 thou is an inch, and 10 tenths (1/10,000 in) is a thou. as a former machinist who worked in thou and needed to use m*tric for some projects it's pure fucking suffering because the micron is too fucking small (25.4 microns = 1 thou) and the millimeter is too fucking big (25 thou and 4 tenths for 1mm) and it's so fucking stupid to need to use DECIMAL milimeters because the metric system is only good for the GIGACHAD scientist because standardization is more important than practical measurements. Kelvin is objectively better than celsius but fahrenheit shits on celsius. also less is more and the USA chad system is less which makes it more. the units are convenient and practical. yards = meters but less which is actually more. also angular measurements just work in us units because trying to explain mils to my father is hard but Minutes of angle is easy and convenient for guns. 1 MOA is roughly 1" at 100 yards, but a mil is 3.5" at 100 yards. the metric system is not useful because of all the bullshit half-steps involved, it doesn't scale well unlike the US system. as an avid shooter, i understand the utility of mil-dot reticles and having my optics in mils but MOA is just so intutitve you'd need to be autistic to understand mils and stadiametric rangefinding (which i am so its no issue). however this rant is fueled because my Americhad ass thought that bicycles where like cars and used schrader valves but no apparently my bicycle uses fucking presta valves and theyre not compatable. i wasted an entire tire + tube because my euroshit (maybe japanese) bike uses metric tires (70cm) and metric tubes (700c) and the 24" schrader valve and tire i bought for it are fucking useless. Americhads suffer needlessly using the stupid m/*tric system. even chemistry students but thats the one case the metric system is useful and anyone who thinks otherwise has a skill issue. (i am studying chemistry) The metric system is only for CRINGE yuros and BASED science users. God Bless America and fuck yuropoors.
